TRADE ACCESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility

The Black Forma Trade Program is available to qualified design professionals, including interior designers, architects, developers, set designers, and stagers in the United States and Canada.

Membership is granted to individual professionals only, not companies or entities. Each applicant must submit a completed application with professional verification, which may include a business license, trade association membership, professional website, portfolio, or comparable credentials.

Approval is at Black Forma’s sole discretion. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

Membership

Trade membership is personal and non-transferable. Multiple individuals from the same firm may apply separately.

Black Forma reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Trade Program or any individual membership at any time, without notice.

Participation in the Trade Program does not create a reseller, dealer, or agency relationship.

Trade Pricing

Approved Trade Members may receive preferred Trade pricing on select full-price Black Forma merchandise.

Trade pricing:

  • Applies only to items designated as Trade-eligible
  • Excludes limited editions, collaborations, floor samples, outlet or clearance items, gift cards, taxes, shipping, and handling
  • Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions
  • Is not retroactive and cannot be redeemed for cash

Black Forma may change Trade pricing, discount levels, or eligible items at any time.

Permitted Use

Trade pricing is intended solely for professional client projects.

Misuse includes, without limitation:

  • Personal purchases
  • Resale or resale intent through any retail or online channel
  • Transfer of membership or benefits
  • False or misleading application information

Misuse may result in immediate termination of Trade membership.

Returns

Approved returns are refunded at the Trade purchase price paid. Trade discounts cannot be preserved, refunded, or transferred in connection with a return.

Tax-Exempt Purchases

Trade Members may submit valid resale or tax-exemption certificates where applicable. Sales tax is assessed based on the ship-to location. Tax-exempt status is subject to verification and ongoing compliance.

Account Responsibility

Trade Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and current account information.

Program Changes

Black Forma reserves the right to interpret, modify, or discontinue the Trade Program at its sole discretion.
